Shipping

Orders made before 12pm (UK Time) will be shipped same day.

Orders made after 12pm on Friday (UK Time) will be shipped on the following Monday.

Armed Forces Addresses 

Orders to these addresses have to be sent via USPS and will take a little longer than usual.

Fedex Shipping

If you select this option then the usual time-frame for delivery is 1 to 3 days. however we are seeing some delays with delivery due to the impact of Coronavirus on the shipping services.

You will receive a tracking e-mail with your shipping number and link to the Fedex tracking website, with options to sign up to e-mail or text notifications on your order’s process. Express customers are provided with an estimated date of delivery within one hour of your order being collected by Fedex, and you can choose how you wish to receive your delivery.

We offer this as a free shipping option for any order totaling over $150.

Orders are sent from our UK warehouse. Scramble Sports LTD is domiciled in the UK and is not a registered US tax entity, therefore all exports to the USA from our store are zero-rated for UK VAT purposes.

International Post

If you select this option then your order will be sent out via Royal mail. This is a slow mail service that will integrate into USPS when it reaches the USA and can then be tracked on the USPS website. Please be aware that this shipment can take up to 3 full weeks to be received from date of postage, but the typical delivery times range from 5-7 business days.

Please note during our Black Friday sales event free shipping will not be available.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) to us in their original condition within 28 days of receipt. You can contact us on help@scramblestuff.com and we will send you a returns form and details on how to send your item.

It is important to note that we do not cover costs for return items so we advise you use the cheapest returns service you can source, usually USPS. All exchange orders are sent out by ourselves at our cost and any returned orders for a refund will have original shipping credited back.

All returns are handled in the USA by a 3rd party company who notifies us when any item has been received by them and returns the items in bulk to us in the UK once a month. This means that your return may take a little longer than expected as we have to inspect the condition of any returned item/s for damage and the return quality.

Please note, for hygiene reasons we cannot offer refunds on our goods if they have been worn or used for training. This does not affect your statutory rights. Items should wherever possible be returned in their original packaging with any enclosed documentation and a completed Returns Form. It is very important when you return an item that we know the order number to which it relates, your details and whether you want a refund or an exchange. Without these details we won’t be able to take the action you require so please fill in the returns form as much as possible.

We ask you to take reasonable care of the goods you purchase while they are in your possession. This means that: you may inspect and try on the goods for size and fit but tags should not be removed from any item and the original packaging should be retained. Goods should not be soiled, torn or damaged.

Any exchanges will be sent from our UK HQ via a Royal Mail international tracked service. This service will be integrated into the USPS system when it reaches the USA. Please note that exchanged items can sometimes take up to 2 weeks to reach you from date of shipping from the UK.

We adhere to all national and international laws regarding returns.
