What's your returns policy?
We have friendly and helpful staff ready to answer any issue you might have with your order - whether the sizing is wrong, or we made a mistake, or something is faulty - we are only an email away. We rarely refuse a return and most of our stores have a free or low-cost returns service. We have an excellent TrustPilot score and that's because we actually care about our customers.
Will I be able to track my order?
Yes, all our orders are sent via one tracked service or another. Please check any emails from us for your tracking number and see if you can track it. Please also check with your local / national delivery service, as we may have handed the parcel over to them for final delivery. If you still can't track it, then get in touch and we will be happy to help.
Do you ship to my country?
We have dedicated US, Australia, European, Worldwide, Canadian, Japanese, Irish and Polish stores - please make sure you are on the correct store for your shipping country!
You can choose either Royal Mail or FedEx Express (where available).
Orders made before 12pm will be shipped same day.
We offer a free shipping option for any order totaling over $150.
Orders made after 12pm Friday will be shipped the following Monday.
International Post. If you select this option then your order will be sent out via Royal mail. This is a slow mail service that will integrate into USPS when it reaches the USA and can then be tracked on the USPS website. Please be aware that this shipment can take up to 3 full weeks to be received from date of postage, but the typical delivery times range from 5-7 business days.
