Ippon Gym, founded by Jeff Lawson, is one of the best gyms in the UK. Jeff is a veteran of The Ultimate Fighter, Polaris, and hundreds of pro and amateur events back to the early days of UK MMA. Ippon is the “home base” of many Scramble staff including Dan and Matt, and you can train gi, no gi or Muay Thai there, with excellent instructors.
